an extended period, we can help you assess your
needs and direct you to the most appropriate
service.
Our
Mandate is to assist all unemployed Canadians and
those eligible to work in Canada who are destined
for the labour market, to prepare for, find, and
keep employment year 'round.
If
you are currently receiving Employment Insurance
or have established a claim within the last five
years, we can assist you to define whether you qualify

A: Looking for work is a fulltime job.
We can help you with your job-search, resume development,
cover letter, as well as your interview techniques.
We offer current, local labour market information
too! Drop in and find out "what's hot" and
"what's not"!
Q:
I
CAN USUALLY GET A JOB, BUT I HAVE TROUBLE KEEPING
A JOB.
A: Sometimes we develop barriers

may include assistance in identifying challenges that
may impact on your return to work. Your counsellor
will work with you to develop strategies to overcome
