Job Description:

  Description - The Water Maintenance Assistant is vital as they allow every client’s home to be seen daily by working with the leader to properly and adequately water every planter in a quick       but not rushed manner.  They are the extra set of hands that work as directed to get the job done. 

Roles/Responsibilities - This position reports directly to the Water Leader and performs work as needed.  The Water Assistant will follow the leader to understand and see what is needed and how exactly water and plant care maintenance is performed and what is expected.  They will work either with the leader or following their example and when ready, water and maintain planters alongside the Leader or on their own. 

Qualifications Required:

Experience - No experience is needed but any related work is a benefit.  This person has to be able to work alongside the team Leader and will possess a positive and friendly attitude and a passion for doing the job right, every time, every day without exception and be technology capable with GPS and Blackberry systems.  Must be able to work outdoors. 

Requirements:

Driver’s license an asset, uniforms provided
Positive attitude a must!
