Participate in an Employment Planning Session with an Employment Consultant.

This is your opportunity to review your employment needs to assist you with developing your individual plan to achieve your employment goal.

The Employment Consultants will assist you to:

• Identify and define your employment goals
• Assess your job searching strategies and learn effective job searching techniques
• Identify your transferable skills
• Gain information about the labour market, employment and training opportunities
• Learn about Employment Ontario programs and services that may meet your needs. You may be eligible for on-the-job training and/or work experience
• Develop an employment plan with short term and long term goals
• Receive the assistance need to help you get and keep a job, depending on your individual needs
• Information and advice about referral information to other community services and supports
